Pet-brand commerce meets smart hardware: store UI/UX plus narrative GSAP modules for two smart devices, designed and hand-coded, still live today.

A full-site experience and visual rebuild of a mature Shopify store, as its sole UI/UX designer: component library, four breakpoint specs, iteration driven by GA, Optimize and heatmap evidence.
Implemented with two front-end developers; ops, marketing, photography, SEO and copy each owned by specialists.
Every project starts from the business problem, not the canvas. I translate selling points into structure, build the system, and implement the parts that carry the experience: Shopify themes, Liquid templates, GSAP motion. For the rest, I work with marketers, photographers and developers.
Research, flows, wireframes and prototypes — the plan before the pixels. Selling points become information architecture and page rhythm here.
Design systems with tokens, components and breakpoint rules. Interfaces that stay right years later, whoever edits them.
Design is done when it is live. Shopify Liquid, HTML/CSS, and GSAP that explains the product instead of decorating it.
Agents for research sweeps, asset drafts and debugging loops: faster output, same bar. Every AI artifact passes human review before it goes live.
